We have carefully laid down a sales process centered on vending machines and rooted in communities and consumers. Unlike store sales, which are easily swayed by short-lived trends, vending machines offer stability in terms of both volume and price. Today, we have some 280,000 vending machines nationwide, among the most in the industry.
Genuine Flavor of coffee and other beverages
Coffee beverages are the main pillar of our earnings, and vending machines account for a very high proportion of their sales. To respond to the consumer demands for our products, we are constantly working to create and promote new products. As new products are developed, they are included in our vending machine inventory to take full advantage of the revenue those vending machine placements provide.

Outsourcing Production and Distribution
DyDo outsourcers all production to affiliate plants throughout Japan, and assigns distribution to distribution centers. This arrangement enables us to put our product within the reach of customers quickly and smoothly, and associates the DyDo brand with sure yet swift accommodation of consumer tastes with quality products.
Plant-free Production System
Although we are a beverage producer, we do not maintain our own plants. We also lease our vending machines rather than manufacture them. This allows us to concentrate our resources on product development and a high quality vending machine operation. This gives us a capacity for steady growth, free from the risks that come with massive investment in plants and production equipment.
