Since our inception, our corporate philosophy has been to offer“authentic flavor” easily and readily to consumers and to seek coexistence and coprosperity with those we are involved with. As the nucleus of putting those ideas into action, we make beverages and have a “vending machine business” for selling them from our own vending machines. We have grown over the years by strengthening ties with local communities as we promote those operations. And, we have established an original business model for outsourcing production and distribution so as to focus our limited business resources on product planning and sales via vending machines. By building a network rooted in communities and consumers and carefully managing our vending machine operations, we have earned ourselves a solid position in the industry. Nevertheless, the business environment of the beverage industry has changed greatly in recent years, presenting us with a number of issues including changes in social fundamentals because of an aging population and dwindling birthrate, shorter product lifecycles and widespread diversification of consumer needs and behaviors. DyDo DRINCO is looking squarely at the harsh situation and is fully intent on getting to the core of problems. With the objective of producing “new growth of the DyDo DRINCO Group,” we are completely reviewing our sales strategy, sales system, organization, personnel and other resources, and “reworking our vending machine business model” into a solid profit-making structure with prospects of continuous development.
