Your item will drop into the pickup compartment at the bottom.

Press the return lever (button) for refund.
Your cash will be returned from the slot below the coin slot.

Available payment methods vary depending on the vending machine, including QR Code∗ payments, transportation IC cards (e-money), other e-money, and contactless credit card payments.
Check the sticker for available payment methods before use.

Tap the payment terminal with your card or smartphone.
Some payment terminals require you to select the payment service on the terminal before paying.
You will hear a notification sound or see a message on the terminal display when the payment is successful.

Take your item

Your item will drop into the pickup compartment at the bottom.

Recycle your empty container.

After finishing your drink, empty the container completely, then dispose of it in a nearby empty container recycling box.
Please do not put anything other than cans or PET bottles, such as paper scraps or food containers, in the empty container recycling box.

Q My item did not come out.

If the purchase button displays “準備中 (Preparing)” or if the price display shows “---”, the product is sold out or being prepared for sale and cannot be purchased.
Depending on the vending machine model, the display may vary, and “売切 (sold out)” may also be shown.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and kindly ask that you choose another product or use a different vending machine.
If you are making a cashless payment and the product does not come out even though you hear the payment sound, the payment may not have been completed. If the payment was not completed, a refund or other such record will be shown in your payment history.

My item did not come out.
Q What coins and bills can I use?

Please use Japanese yen to buy your items.
You can use 10, 50, 100, and 500-yen coins, as well as 1,000-yen bills.
Please note that 1, 5-yen coins, 5,000 and 10,000-yen bills cannot be used.
Some vending machine models do not accept the new 1,000-yen bill.
Please do not insert wet or creased banknotes, as they may become jammed in the machine.

Turn the change lever (return lever). Your change will be dispensed from the change return slot. If you wish to cancel your purchase after inserting cash, please use the same lever.

Please note that you cannot cancel your purchase after payment.
